The beautiful village of Sayulita is the perfect escape. Enjoy new activities, connections, and perspectives only a foreign land can offer. Sayulita shares its abundance: accessible waves for surfers of all abilities, a variety of restaurants, shops that feature local artists, beaches, unique homes to rent, a slower pace, and the radiant sun. Our covered, breezy, private palapa (structure with a palm leaf roof), looks straight out to the ocean, tropical flowers and palm trees. This enviornment is sure to delight and calm your senses. We’ll enjoy 1.5 hour morning and evening yoga sessions, the opportunity to eat as a group out on the town, explore the jungle, remote beaches, surf, and paddle board. All abilities are encouraged and welcome!

Yoga: We'll practice yoga in a beautiful oceanfront palapa. Open the SayulitaLife rental map: http://wwwsayulitalife.com/map.php. The Palapa is on the south end of the shoreline between Casa Higuera and Casa Bougainvillea. Immerse yourself in twice daily all level 1.5 hour yoga sessions with the option of taking yoga off the mat, into the jungle, onto the beach, and into the water!

Fees: $475 for all yoga and group adventures. Nonrefundable $100 deposit reserves your spot. Fees do not include food/air/ground/transport/surf rentals/housing. 

Refund/Cancellation Policy: Refunds will be offered minus a $100 administration fee. Cancellations made 4 weeks or less prior to departure will only be refunded if your place can be filled with a new participant.

Housing: Book your accommodations at http://www.sayulitalife.com/. I’m happy to offer suggestions based on your preferences and price range. Group housing is encouraged and facilitated via email. 

Transportation: Your point of origin to PVR. Arrange air travel in/out of Puerto Vallarta at/around 3pm. If you want to book flights with other participants, share cabs and/or bus rides to the retreat, I will help facilitate via email.

Surfing: Perfect place to learn, boards available at additional cost ($10/hr, $25/day).  I also organize a surf trip/lesson at a beautiful white sands beach at an additional cost TBD.

YOGA LODGE, WHIDBEY ISLAND

August 20-22, 2010

The Yoga Lodge is a sanctuary, a world away from your own. This immersion is designed to restore your physical and energetic alignment by rising and falling with the sun, eating mostly local and organic foods, detoxifying yoga practices, meditation, restoratives and sauna sweats. Explore ponds, trails, coastline, deer, birds, and meadows that the land has to offer. On retreat, all participants are given the opportunity to unplug from electronic devices and plug into nature, community, silence, laughter, and clarity.

Yoga: Over the course of 3 days, enjoy mantra (vibration), asana (poses), pranayama (breath), restoratives (poses that release), partner yoga, silent morning walks, meditation, and cleansing sauna sessions. The schedule is designed to provide a beautiful balance between activity and release. All practices are optional, but your full participation is encouraged.

Fees: The lodge accommodates 11 and the retreat is limited to 20 people. Fees include all yoga, mostly organic vegetarian meals, sauna, and shared accommodations/bath.

BALI BHAVANA: YOGA, ARTS & CULTURE RETREAT, INDONESIA


September 11-24, 2010

Tour cost: $3300 through 6/30/10, $3400 after based on two persons sharing a twin-bed room with bathroom. Ground transportation only deduct $1,200.00 (does not include transfers). Group size limited to 20 participants maximum.

Roommates: Single people may sign up for accommodations desired on a shared basis; roommates can be chosen from other tour members. If a roommate is unavailable, the participant will be notified of the adjusted price for a single supplement: $188.00 extra.

Ubud Upgrade: There are a limited number of upgraded rooms in our Ubud Hotel that include a/c, mini fridge, and TV for an additional $140.00 twin or single, on a first come, first serve basis.

Deposit: A deposit of $350.00 per person is due at the time of booking. Final payment is due on July 30, 2010. Deposit minus a $75.00 cancellation fee is refundable until 30 days prior to departure.
