About Your Hosts Chef Aria Peterman, a Whidbey Island native, specializes in Ayurvedic cuisine, creating vibrant, vegetarian meals that nourish both body and soul. Jennifer, with 24 years of teaching experience hosting over 100 retreats, guides you through yoga and meditation sessions with wisdom and creativity
