Autumn is associated with the lungs and large intestine as we move from the expansion of summer into the contraction of autumn. The lungs move into what's new while the large intestine releases waste. Explore Yogic breathing practices within while observing the transformative power of Autumn's wind upon the trees, the lungs of our enviornment.
Revive and release with inclusive/all levels Vinyasa + Yin Yoga. Vinyasa yoga rides the rhythm of breath, transforming movement into conscious meditation. Yin yoga postures are supported with props and held for 2-5 minutes which allows the remodeling of connective tissue and the opening of meridians. Balancing contraction and release aids sleep, supports autonomic functions, and sends calming waves through the nervous system.
Feel the richness of movement, dine on organic Ayurvedic foods, sauna, spend time in the forest. No matter what your experience is with Yoga, Jennifer will tailor the offerings to support and challenge everyone on the retreat.

CANCELLATION
Your $200 deposit is a non-refundable administration fee. The remainder of your payment can be refunded in full for cancellations through September 1, 2019. The remainder of your payment will only be refunded after September 1, 2019 if a new participant registers. If Jennifer cancels this retreat for any reason, your payment will be refunded in full.
